I have been serving clients' real estate needs in Clark County since 2006. I’ve guided homeowners through boom markets, recessions, and everything in between. My business is an even mix of helping both buyers and sellers.

As a lifetime native and a solo practitioner, I don’t believe in passing the buck. I operate as an "Army of One." In an industry of mega-teams and hand-offs, I offer direct accountability. My walk with Jesus guides how I do business: with total honesty and a servant’s heart. I believe that being a "neighbor" means showing up. Serving my community is non-negotiable for me, which is why I volunteer every week at the One Life Food Pantry in Vancouver. It’s a highlight of my week and keeps me grounded in what truly matters: helping others.
When I’m not navigating the market or serving at the pantry, I’m usually enjoying time with friends and family or geeking out over the latest superhero or Star Wars movie (yes, I’m a bit of a pop-culture fan).
