Caleb is amazing! He worked so well for us and with us. We were looking almost exclusively at new builds and had very specific needs and wants and Caleb made it a point to get us just the right house. After finding our dream house and feeling discouraged that we would not be able to afford it, he quickly sent us 10 more houses in the area that were more affordable and fit into our budget. He was with us through the entire process of touring the houses, visiting our house as it was being built, through both of our walk throughs, and through our closing. Definitely appreciated his words of wisdom as this was our first house and how willing he was to answer any questions we had. Would DEFINITELY recommend him as a realtor.

Caleb was great. He never took more than a day -- in fact, I don't think he ever took more than an hour or two -- to respond to calls/texts. He did a fantastic job of finding homes that were a good fit and setting up tours quickly. He negotiated for the best terms I had any right to hope for. And, finally, he's a nice, friendly, guy. I would recommend him to anyone and have no complaints.

My wife and I had been searching for land for at least a year and anytime we found something we liked, Caleb could always meet us in a timely manner to go and take a look. Once we found the property we loved we ran into a small snafu dealing with fallen dead trees and an HOA. Caleb was willing to drive out to the property and cut up the wood to clear the land to meet the HOA guidelines and secure the property for us. Thankfully he didn't have to do that, nor would we have let him, but it was amazing to know that he was willing to help in such a way. Highly recommend Caleb for all your real estate needs.
