Christensen’s exposure to real estate started young: His father actively works in commercial real estate and his mother is in residential realty. Born in Newport Beach and raised in Westlake Village, he gravitated toward sales, initially working in the surf industry, until his love of design, architecture and negotiating skills led him to real estate. A graduate of the Graziadio School of Business and Management at Pepperdine, he currently lives in Venice. Outside the office, you’ll find Christensen most often surfing, snowboarding or biking, all practices that have broadened his network and even led to some off-market deals. His longtime familiarity of the coastal communities particularly—and their best surfing spots—is an additional value he brings to his clients, alongside his love of restaurants.
