Carla Pecoraro

Carla Pecoraro is a bilingual Real Estate Broker with Compass, specializing in the sale of multifamily and commercial properties throughout San Francisco, Contra Costa, Sonoma, and Marin Counties. With over a decade of experience in investment real estate, Carla focuses on income-producing assets including 2–4 unit buildings, larger multifamily properties, industrial and retail spaces, as well as SBA-qualified properties. Her expertise spans market analysis, tenant negotiations, and strategic planning for long-term investment success.

Carla began her real estate career in Marin County, with a strong focus on multifamily sales in both Marin and Contra Costa. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, she was actively involved in development, construction, and owned several businesses in landscaping and tree services, giving her a hands-on understanding of property operations and asset improvement.

She studied International Relations and Communications at universities in Santa Cruz, Marin County, and Buenos Aires, Argentina. Fluent in Spanish and Italian, Carla is proud to assist clients in their preferred language and is especially committed to serving Spanish-speaking clients with clarity and care.
