Let me tell you a little story about how I found Compass Realty. First, I am a 100%, service-connected disabled veteran, which constitutes a condition that will not get better over time, therefore, total and permanent. There are home-buying programs that enable veterans like me to qualify for no-money-down, fully backed federal loans sponsored by the VA.
While online looking at the median prices of homes in an area my ex-wife and I raised our kids, I received an advertisement from a lender about a vet-sponsored, first time home buyer seminar in Annapolis, MD. So, I mark it on the calendar and I get there early. I have breakfast at a small little neighborhood restaurant that is teeming with young and old Saturday morning go-getters. They're talking Navy football and about fathers deeply entrenched in politics and their kids who became wealthy lobbyists.
Meanwhile, just next door to this place is Compass Realty. The turn out is small, but much to my chagrin, I am engaged with the presentation and the players in the room. I take a back seat and listen as a representative from the PRMG finance group leads the charge. I am thinking the rest of the people in the room are like me, which is a veteran looking for home buying options, or other various reasons. During the session, there is a man that is being referred to for information and offers definitive knack for resolutions with any attendants' query. Meet Carlos Garcia!
