From the first day I made an acquaintance with Carole, I felt that I would be working with a realtor that would help me find my first home. When I started my first home buying process, I didn’t have much of an idea of what I was looking for. Carole Warren is an amazing realtor. My partner and I purchased our home through the NACA program so she is a certified NACA agent. She takes time to know her clients so that she can understand their needs to find the home they are looking for. Every home that we looked at, she was able to give great visuals and ideas to help make reasonable decisions to purchasing a home. I wanted to take the time to say how grateful I am to have worked with you. I remember going through neighborhoods in the Capitol Heights area approximately 4 years ago. That is where I saw you as a listing agent on a property. It was then I took your information and contacted you. Knowing at the time I wasn't ready to purchase but dreaming about it. Over the years we stayed in touch knowing I had some things to work on. Starting and stopping this process over and over for one reason or another. As I started this road again and I contacted you and you were ready!!!
I learned that home buying could be frustrating and time consuming. But you were there to coach and push me through!! When I wanted to quit you didn't let me.
Whatever adjustments needed to be made I had your support!! I fired lenders but never had to change agents one time😊. As a result of your passion, dedication, time and efforts to help people achieve the dream of buying a home. On August 7th I closed on a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath, front yard, back yard and parking no HOA fee end unit townhome.
