Carolyn went the long road on a property and never gave up an opportunity to market it. It took a while, but she got the job done. It was a hard property to market, 331,000 sq ft historic building. Both Parties in the transaction were very happy with the outcome. She made it happen and did extra to assure the deal would go through. Others had told me it would never sale, and I should just give it away. Carolyn contacted multiple groups, and made the connection for it to happen. All parties including the city of Martinsburg are very happy with the outcome. She is a stellar Broker. I have been doing business with her firm for over 20 years and have always walked away with every party involved happy. SHe is definitely at the top of this field.
