Carrie Montoya

Carrie has strong ties to Northern New Mexico. She was raised in Pojoaque, New Mexico and has spent most of her adult career in Los Alamos. She been a licensed New Mexico broker since April, 2013. Motivated by the love of real estate, Carrie obtained her broker's license in November, 2015. Carrie joined Coldwell Banker Legacy in June of 2019 and was awarded for being in the Top 20% of Coldwell Banker Legacy Realtors in Production her first year.

Carrie provides real estate services to Albuquerque, Rio Rancho, Bernalillo County, Los Alamos, Jemez Springs, Pojoaque, Santa Fe, and Rio Arriba County. Carrie enjoys helping first-time homebuyers and specializes in providing real estate services in rural areas. She is very proficient in helping clients buy and sell manufactured homes and properties with septic and wells. Carrie has a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and prior to working in real estate she worked at Los Alamos National Laboratory for seven years.
