My grandpa used to say that “Spokane is God’s country.” I am so blessed and proud to not only be a local Spokane and Spokane Valley real estate agent, but to also be a native Spokanite who contributes to our wonderful community both personally and professionally. When I was a young girl, we left home so my father could pursue his real estate career in Alaska. Although I was away during those years, my heart always remained in the Lilac City.
After receiving my BS at the University of Utah, I moved back to Spokane and earned my Masters Degree from Eastern Washington University. Although I loved helping local youth through my position as a school counselor, my family’s history in the real estate industry began tugging mightily on my heart strings. I realized that as a realtor, I could help contribute to the growth and prosperity of our city, as well as its many diverse residents. Since 2008, I have been serving the needs of people coming into, going out of, and relocating within Spokane and the Spokane Valley area. ?My unwavering dedication to those I serve has earned me excellent referrals and many repeat clients. I take referral and repeat business very seriously, because I view it as marker of how well I am doing my job.
In addition to being a locally invested Spokane Valley real estate agent, I am also a proud wife and the momma to two amazingly sweet little boys. Family is extremely important to me, and I am very blessed that nearly all of mine are close to home in the Spokane area. Those of us who live here know how truly great a place this is to raise a family in. I love skiing at one of our 5 top notch resorts in the wintertime. In summertime, you can find me out on one of our 75 breathtaking lakes, hitting the links at one of our 20 amazing golf courses, hiking the Centennial Trail, or relaxing at Riverfront and Manito park with family and friends. When I am not selling Spokane Valley real estate, I am passionately cheering on my Zags, and I am proud to support them during the WCC tournament every March. However, my passion for the Seahawks tops everything else! In my spare time, I serve on a committee for the Spokane Home Builders Association, as a Children's Miracle Network Agent, and as a volunteer at the Children's Clubhouse at Providence Sacred Heart Children's Hospital.
One of the reasons I love the realty industry is that it is always evolving. I constantly further my education to expand my knowledge and expertise. This allows me to serve your needs with the expertise and dedication you deserve throughout the process of building, buying or selling Spokane Valley real estate. I welcome you to contact me today, in order to put my experience to work for you and your family...and to help welcome you to this amazing neck of the woods!
I would LOVE the opportunity to work with you.
Take care,
Carrie Redd
