Carter Metts III

Carter is a new ACE Realty & Auction agent who hit the ground running with several new residential and commercial property listings which were quickly under contract and sold.

He has worked most of his career as an insurance agent, most recently as an independent adjuster, helping people put their lives and homes back together after hurricanes.

Carter’s helpfulness extends beyond finding perfect property matches for buyers and sellers and aiding people in crisis. He volunteers at the Florida Strawberry Festival and Plant City Pig Jam, and as a chamber ambassador for the Greater Plant City Chamber of Commerce, the group he led was named the Ambassador Team of the Year.

Carter is a transplant from Georgia and tells people he got to Plant City “as quickly as [he] could!”—along with his wife, Renee, and their three beautiful children, Savannah, Mason, and Maverick.

His family moved to the area nine years ago and had difficulty deciding where to put down roots. After being warmly embraced by the Plant City community, they settled here, and it became his goal to show others the many benefits of this wonderful place he now calls home.
