Casey Miller is a 5th generation Colorado native with an extensive background in finance and strong, established connections within the real estate community in and around Denver. Casey studied architecture before graduating with a B.S. in Finance from the University of Colorado at Boulder. He then worked at Janus Capital as a licensed stockbroker and investment accountant before applying his experience and talent to real estate. Casey was a dream to work with. He was referred through our friends and from the moment we met him, we immediately felt at ease and knew he was the best agent to list and sell our first home. We were looking to sell our condo quickly and Casey quickly replied to our outreach, scheduled an in-home consultation, and came prepared with all of the resources we were going to ask for (before we even asked)! During the initial meeting, Casey was warm, informative, and did not promise anything he couldn't guarantee. We had a poor experience previously with another agent unaffiliated with Casey and his group so we were extra cautious and had a ton of questions. It was clear that Casey had a wealth of experience and connections, and was able to patiently answer all of our questions; he followed up with referrals and examples of his portfolio which immediately put us at ease.

Within a few days, Casey had sent us all the communications needed, walked us through the process, and connected us with his assistant and stager. Fast forward to a week later and we were under contract within three days of listing! Casey and his assistant communicated with us every step of the way and broke down which offer was in our best interest based off of his experience. He was even able to negotiate a rent-back policy into the deal which was not initially in the offer. At no point throughout the entire process was he absent, pushy, or imposed his opinion on us.

After such a positive experience selling our condo, we decided to use Casey to help us find our new home. He was incredibly professional throughout the whole experience and his assistant, Liz, was a complete gem. Both of them were patient with us as we repeatedly changed our minds and asked to look at what felt like every house listed in Denver and the surrounding suburbs. They were incredibly responsive and somehow worked their magic to get us in to see multiple houses on short notice.

Throughout the home buying process, Casey did not impose his opinion but gave us matter-of-fact stats on the properties and shared his expertise on things to look for during walk-throughs. He shared insights into what would make our offers stand out in a competitive market without being pushy and was highly responsive during negotiations.

When we did have an offer accepted, Casey walked us through every step with reminders, thorough explanations, and was readily available to answer any questions we had. The inspector even said that "we had one of the best in the business" and called Casey a "legend" in the industry, exemplifying the type of reputation Casey has with others in the field. Highly respected and kind, it was a pleasure to work with Casey and his team.

I would highly recommend Casey and his assistant, Liz, to anyone looking to sell their home. They are true professionals and everything you would hope for in a real estate team!
