Trying to find our “forever home” during a Pandemic was super challenging. There were not many homes for sale, and most were overpriced. Cathy was our 3rd attempt at a realtor after the prior two didn’t work out. She was super knowledgeable, patient, and down to earth. I mean where do I start she was a blessing from our first phone she paid attention to all the details I wanted in a house and made sure that it was a definite home for me and my girls. I had bad experience with my other realtors but ms Cathy went above and beyond to make sure that I had everything I needed to start over in my new location and my new home thank you me and the girl are still in awe over our gift bag and pumpkin .

Cathy was beyond amazing in handling both the sale of my home and the purchase of another one which was new construction. She was able to negotiate a rent back when material delays on the new home, became an issue. She was professional and extremely knowledgeable. She always has her clients' best interest at heart. Her ability to communicate in a way that makes the craziness of home buying seem stress free was fantastic. Despite not finding the right home for me at this time I will be staying in contact with Cathy. She is by far the most patient agent I’ve encountered. I am one of those PITA people that is demanding and indecisive. Cathy listened, was encouraging and provided insights. She was always available, responsive and willing to look at anything. When the “perfect” house appears she’ll be the first person I call. Additionally I wouldn’t want anyone else to sell my home - I have absolutely no doubt that she’ll do an amazing job when that time comes.

You can just tell that she’s good people - honest & trustworthy. A rare thing these days.

Lastly, she’s got a great sense of humor and is a good sport - always laughing at my “scare” antics.

Mrs. Cathy R. Davis stepped in at just the right time to assist our longtime realtor/friend Janine DeMello with our first investment quad apartments in Norfolk, VA (Hampton Roads!) With the market being hot and mostly a seller’s market it was challenging to find the perfect property to start our investment portfolio. Cathy searched properties in our criteria range.

She listened to what our likes and dislikes about the properties we looked at and she refined the searches. She never gave up and kept a positive and professional attitude. She was on top of the latest properties to come on the market so that we would be one of the first investors to see the desired properties.
