Born and Raised in Green Bay, Wisconsin, Chad moved to Sarasota, FL in 2005 and is never leaving. He was attracted to the area because of the warm climate, amazing community, and the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Chad has been a business owner for over 25 years and brings the love of helping people, marketing, and operational excellence to the table when working with his real estate clients.
Chad entered real estate and founded the Suncoast Luxury Team to create a legacy for his family and be a part of a high caliber growing team. Chad possesses strong skills in marketing, communication, negotiating, and organization which allow Chad to excel in his concierge approach to helping others in their pursuit of finding their dream home and or selling a home. He and his team's high-quality concierge service led to his businesses winning multiple awards. As a highly caring individual that loves to help others, Chad focuses on developing long-term relationships to truly meet his buyers and sellers needs. Chad’s strong background, skills, and leadership led his team to achieve $20M in sales volume this past year in real estate.
A family man, animal lover and health enthusiast, when Chad is not in the office, you will often find him spending time with his wife Angie, and his two dogs, Jake and Scout. He spends his free time running, boating, paddle boarding, fishing, and enjoying time with his two children and niece that are all currently in college.
