In the modern business world we often see that business and making money come before clients and their needs, but Chana Dolby is one of the very few business individuals left who can not only be successful, but can make a client feel like he or she is the only person she is working with. I have to say that it was absolute luck that I was given a referral to Chana by a former neighbor before listing my home, and I truly believe that it was the best choice I could have made (even when I had already consulted another agent). Chana went above and beyond each and every day to make sure the listing and selling of our home was perfect, as well as followed each step of the closing with great attention. In my opinion Chana was the glue that held our closing together. She stepped up to the plate and made things happen without someone having to ask her to check into things. Being a first time home seller the process can be a difficult one, but Chana made sure that I understood how each step would proceed and what to expect as the process moved forward. She would be a great choice for anyone seeking to buy or sell a home. She has years of experience and a knowledge base that will be sure to make any client at ease during what could be a difficult transition in someone’s life.
