We (my fiancée and I) met Charissa at an open house and of all the realtors we had come across (a lot), she was by far the most informative and passionate about her job so we moved forward with her as our realtor.

Throughout the entire house-buying process, Charissa was very flexible in working with our schedules and very quick to respond to any questions we had (from general housing market information to specific financing options for us). She found us a lovely house and, once we put an offer in, she did a great job of guiding us through negotiations and closing.

For first time homebuyers, the entire process ended up being surprisingly painless and that's down pretty much entirely to Charissa. We'd highly recommend using her as your realtor.

Charissa did an excellent job in assisting me in purchasing my first home 🏡 From the onset, she asked the right questions and really cared about me and my wants and concerns. Charissa is a very pleasant and accommodating buyer's agent. Her responsiveness is EXCELLENT. She was available to us by phone early mornings, into the evenings and on weekends during the critical phases of the buying process.
As first time buyers, making the initial offer was a stressful time for us and Charissa kept her eye solidly on positioning us ahead of other buyers in this transaction. We feel this was a significant contributing factor to the acceptance of our offer.
We went to Charissa with various questions and concerns (particularly during the time between offer acceptance and closing) and she either got right back to us or started researching how to answer our questions immediately.
Behind the scenes things were BEAUTIFULLY organized by Charissa's transaction coordinator, Kimberly Kane. With Kim as part of our team, it truly felt like all the i's were dotted and all the t's were crossed.

Charissa was very responsive and easy to ask questions at any stage. She got back to us quickly with answers and if she did not know- she told us so- then found the answer.

She worked hard with the other agents to be fair to everyone during negotiations, but held firm on non-negotiables. She advised us on when it was time to walk and time to stay. She was most patient and encouraging when we faced challenges and supported our decisions. She was defiantly "all in" through the entire process and helped us celebrate the purchase of our new home.

I appreciated the dedication and competence of the whole team she assembled to help us in this big decision. She had great references for contractors when we needed estimates and other professional advice/service.
