As a lifelong resident, small business owner, and Realtor, Charlene Janz has experienced the growth and change that has transformed Anacortes from a small fishing community into the desirable beach-front town we know today. After graduating from Anacortes High School in 1987, Charlene had her own successful small business for many years before deciding to move to Real Estate. Having grown up in a family of builders and marrying her husband, who is also in the construction industry, in 2002, Charlene has a unique understanding of the new construction industry. With her knowledge of the local area and new construction, Charlene is an excellent choice for all your real estate needs. When she’s not helping clients find their dream homes, Charlene loves to spend time doing another important job, being a mom to her two children. She also enjoys traveling with her family when she has the opportunity.
