Charles Larkin is the owner and broker of Diversified Real Estate in Watertown, South Dakota. He has earned several certifications throughout his time in real estate.
Charles is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the North East South Dakota Board of Realtors (NESD), the South Dakota Association of Realtors (SDAR), the Association Real Estate of Licensed Law Officials (ARELLO), and the Watertown Chamber of Commerce. He currently holds several positions including the Local Director of NESD, President of the South Dakota Real Estate Commission, and on the board of directors of ARELLO.
When Charles is not immersed in real estate, he enjoys spending time with his family, participating in the local church parish council, and coaching youth softball.
