About Charles

Charles Twiggs has called North Georgia home his entire life. He and his wife, whom he married nearly 30 years ago, raised their two daughters here and have built their lives around the community, people, and values that make North Georgia such a special place to live.

Charles earned his real estate license with a true passion for helping others buy and sell homes. After founding The Twiggs Realty and beginning his real estate career part-time in 2018, he quickly realized that his clients deserved his full attention and commitment. In 2019, Charles made the decision to dedicate himself to real estate full-time, and he has not looked back.

Since then, Charles has built a successful real estate career with career sales approaching $100 million. His success has been driven by hard work, local knowledge, strong negotiation skills, and a genuine commitment to helping clients make confident real estate decisions.
