The best team! Chuck and Sherry guided us through the home buying process, and having Chuck there for legal and constructural aspects was critical. He could also be a lawyer if you ask me! He has an extensive real estate career and knew every detail involved. To us, when picking an Agent, we were looking for expertise, dedication, and someone who had our best interest at heart. Sherry helped calm our nerves as we entered this new chapter of life, and was a great person to ask for advice throughout the process. As a team they offer everything a client would ever want or need - and will protect you contractually.

As Executor to my brother's estate I was faced with the task of selling my brothers home in Gainesville.GA while I was living in Florida. Chuck was recommended to me and I am glad he was. He proved to be the most professional individual I have been associated with in a long time. The sale was not the easiest due to issues with the house but with Chuck's knowledge of the market and of local resources to get things fixed, he made an otherwise daunting task much easier. Having Chuck and Sherry Twiggs as my realtors was such a blessing! They are people who have extensive real estate knowledge, true integrity, and amazing honesty. They are wonderful listeners and had a true heart for me and my needs as I was searching for a home and selling my existing home.
