There were a number of areas that should be noted.
- Cherie had our place advertised on multiple platforms which allowed for a wide number of interested parties.
- Cherie had a large number of open houses and had set up weekends with other Realtor's to have large number of open houses for the area, this drove traffic plus they all had listings for available properties open that day.
- The pictures were second to none when we compared them to other listings. They looked very professional.
