Cheryl brings to Realty FC 13 years experience in real estate. Born and raised in Berkeley County in WV. She is a lifelong resident of the South Berkeley area. A graduate of Musselman High School. She worked in a family owned business in Inwood for more than 15 years before obtaining her real estate license. During her children's time in school, Cheryl volunteered in many of their sport activities where she held several offices on youth league boards as well as high school Booster Clubs .She is married to Rodney Fultz and has two grown children Ashley Horn and Andrew Fultz and 3 beautiful grandchildren. She is a member of the Eastern Panhandle Board of REALTORS®, West Virginia Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®. She started her real estate career with ReMax in 2003 and was a member of an award winning team until the untimely death of her team leader and mentor Sonny Brown. Cheryl loves working with new clients in helping them find the perfect home or assisting clients with the sale of their current home. She especially enjoys meeting and making new friends with all her clients. She continues that relationship after the deal has closed.
