As a Southtowns kid through and through, Chip has come back to Buffalo to his roots after 6 years of travel. Born and raised in Springville, he has always had a love for what Buffalo has to offer. His goal is to help his clients fall in love with the area that made him who he is today.

Prior to his real estate career, Chip worked in Player Personnel in the college football ranks. His experience in that industry took him from Buffalo to Athens, GA and Miami, FL. Throughout his time of travel, that experience he gained in communication and recruiting will translate well to the real estate field. Chip also has extensive experience in home renovation, which allows him to see things in homes others may not. Making families feel informed and comfortable is his number 1 priority. When selling or finding your home, he values complete honesty and communication throughout the process and will bring his strong work ethic to the table to ensure you receive the best result for YOU!
Chip has fulfilled the New York State Salesperson educational requirements, passed the Real Estate Salesperson licensing exam and is a member of the Buffalo Niagara Association of Realtors. When he’s not on the grind for his clients, you can find Chip spending time with his family and friends, at the gym, camping and hiking, or doing home renovation projects. He is also an avid sports fan and remains faithful his beloved Buffalo Bills will bring a Superbowl to our city! GO BILLS!
