As first time home buyers we were nervous and unsure of what to expect or how the home buying process goes. Chiron did such a wonderful job explaining everything to us and keeping us informed throughout the entire process. We started looking late in 2019 and looked at so many homes with Chiron that he really understood what we wanted and what we needed. Chiron found a house for us when we couldn’t make a showing and since things were moving so quickly in the housing market he called us right away. We submitted an offer that night without ever seeing the home, and it was accepted that night. If we would have waited we would have missed our opportunity. Then we went into escrow right before COVID-19 hit the USA. We were so worried about everything and thinking about pulling out of escrow. Chiron really helped keep us engaged and level headed. During the middle of the market crashing and unemployment booming Chiron was able negotiate a great deal for us on the home. Thank you so much Chiron for all your patience and hard work. We couldn’t have done it without you.
