Our experience with Chris was stellar. He spent many weekends with us to help us find the perfect home. We were not from Orange County so we really didn't know exactly where we wanted to land, but had a few ideas. As we walked through many houses, he learned what was important to us, location, style of house, amenities, even weather/temperature. He took all that he learned and directed us to other not previously considered areas and showed us all the choices that fit our desires. He gave great counsel. One of the houses we toured was a "Dream House", we were thinking it was "the one." Chris pointed out somethings that we should carefully consider and once we did, we realized that it was not a good fit for us. He was willing to lose a sale when he gave us that counsel, but he wanted what was best for us, not for him. He is trustworthy! We found our Dream House in the City of San Clemente. The real work began after our offer was accepted. The buying process has documents galore to understand and sign. He helped us understand it all - honestly, that was one of the hardest parts. He has the ability to take complicated things and distill it down so we understood and had confidence to execute. We have loved our new home and everyday pinch ourselves that we live in it. If it were not for Chris carefully studying us as we toured other locations, and suggesting we explore San Clemente, we may have ended up somewhere else. We are so grateful for Chris and we thank God that he was our realtor. We highly recommend him to all of our friends and family and consider him more than a realtor, but as a consultant and friend. My wife and I were looking for the home of our dream in the location of our dreams for approximately 6 years. We went through several realtors and companies until we crossed paths with Chris Samuelson. I reached out to Chris for a simple question, but it started a friendship and path to a better future for my family.
My wife and I spoke with Chris and we shared our financial and emotional dreams for our first home. Due to Chris’ special skills, and altruistic attitude; he found our perfect home. I initially though we did not have a chance to get the home, but Chris used his superhero powers to make the home a possibility.
Chris is a rare breed who helped me for a week straight after I got the keys to the residence by panting. Yes, you read that right!!! He helped me paint all the walls, including the crown molding. He helped me changed several appliances and even walked me through future project.

My family relocated from Southern CA to Northern for a job opportunity for my wife. We needed help with both selling our house and buying all in a time crunch. We have had multiple relocations and have always said we would never move again. We have always hated the experience.

Chris made our last experience the best we have had especially with the stress that it brought on. He was extremely great with communication. We were always well informed with what was needed, next steps, etc. he put things in terms we could easily understand. We never felt pressure from Chris and he always strived to work with our schedule and timelines.

Chris works with other great professionals who photograph and create virtual walk throughs. He had great recommendations for other services and staging.

Chris was also great with finding properties that were exactly what we were looking for and travelled up to Northern CA multiple times with us to show us houses. He was great with advise on offers and asked the right questions of us to give help with our decisions. He was great with communicating with other agents.

We are now in a house we love. It was perfect for our family. We owe it all to Chris. We couldn’t imagine working with anyone else.

This guy (Chris Samuelson) can sell a house in the middle of a global pandemic! No really! My wife and I were planning to sell our home in 2020, but when COVID hit, we assumed that wasn’t going to be an option. That is until we met Chris. Chris pulled out all the stops when it came to marketing our home. He also exhausted every tool available to keep us safe during the pandemic.

Chris also doubles as a miracle worker. The housing market is hotter than it’s been in more than a decade. Maybe even ever, but that didn’t stop Chris from getting us into the house of our dreams. We were one of twelve offers for our home, and we were third from the top in regard to amount offered. While I understand there were a number of variables at play, Chris and his rare skill set and level of professionalism stacked the deck in our favor. By the spring of 2019 my wife Stella & I had zeroed in on South Orange County and the general Dana Point / San Clemente area for our retirement relocation efforts. We also had agreed that either proximity to the ocean or an ocean view would be #1 on our wish list. During this time we became curious about a particular 55+ community in San Clemente above the Coast Highway overlooking the Pacific. The related web site portrayed one Christopher Samuelson of Regency Real Estate Brokers as the local realtor expert for that community. After a cursory visit to the neighborhood, and noting the availability of an interesting view property, we decided to contact Mr. Samuelson to arrange a viewing appointment. Little did we know that phone call would soon literally change our lives in a very pleasant way.
Our first impression of Chris was at once an educated, sophisticated and experienced gentleman, yet with a very down to earth demeanor. As a realtor and real estate & mortgage broker, he clearly was and is a very polished professional. We were struck by the ease at which he alternated his communications from explaining the highly technical aspects of real estate and financing to the more informal, down-to-earth conversations as appropriate.
Though we opted not to seriously consider that listing, over the next few months we made many trips to SOC for countless viewings that Chris had dutifully and patiently arranged. A mutual trust developed as we eventually entered escrow on a small San Clemente condo purchase offer with which we were represented by Mr. Samuelson. Unpredictably, a number of unusual issues arose that caused us some serious consternation, and Chris demonstrated his mastery of real estate law that allowed us to withdraw from escrow without jeopardy and avoid inevitable frustration and considerable disappointment in the immediate future. We were extremely fortunate that he had prioritized our satisfaction over the closing of another sale.
Back on the research trail, we ultimately zeroed in on Dana Point as our more desired location where ultimately we decided to make an offer on a multi-story condo. Mr. Samuelson represented us throughout that purchase process, expertly guiding us through arduous negotiations to a successful closing.
So impressed were we with Mr. Samuelson’s overall knowledge and capabilities that we solicited him to venture inland and represent us with the sale of our San Dimas home. We soon realized that Chris’ talents were not limited to the purchase end of real estate transactions; this man can sell property as well, quickly responsibly. He covered all of the facets in depth: market analysis, presentation, advertising with use of state-of-the-art technology, viewing processes, agent-to-agent communications, negotiations, appraisals, inspections and all escrow matters. To be sure, whether a transaction involves a purchase or a sale, it is rare that the process is smooth and expeditious. Chris’ professional systems for both enables him to timely anticipate warning signs, then efficiently and effectively deal with them.
Chris Samuelson is the quintessential realtor/broker professional. He is a proud, intelligent and experienced representative with integrity beyond reproach and attention to detail, well-rounded with a complementary sense of humor. Chris is the best! He was so patient with us as it took us years to find a house we liked and could afford. He walked us through each step of the process since it was our first time buying a home. He even gave us tips on what projects we could do ourselves around the home (our popcorn ceilings are now scraped, thanks to his advice). Chris was also present for our home inspection since we were out of town for work and couldn't be there. He definitely helped to check a few things that the home inspector would not have done otherwise, which helps us sleep at night. Chris is a realtor who will give you peace of mind when your mind is in pieces. Can't wait to find our second home with him in a few years!

Chris Samuelson is a fantastic realtor, and I cannot recommend him enough, based on his knowledge of the industry, his integrity, and his desire to do whatever it takes to serve his clients. This past year, Chris sold my recently passed mother-in-law's home, our condo, and helped us find our forever home. In each instance, he went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, and more. With my mother-in-law's home sale, he helped us arrange a geological survey, negotiated terms with the tenants to make the sale easier, and even met us at the home with a contractor when we ourselves considered buying the home. He never pressured us either way but laid out all of our options. When listing our condo for sale, he did a lot of strategic marketing, including using an amazing photographer who made our home look its best. We trusted his instincts when it came to pricing, and within a week, we had six very competitive offers (several over asking). We ended up selling significantly over what we expected, and with extremely favorable terms. When a minor snafu on our scheduled move date came up, at no fault of his, Chris pulled out all of the stops to fix things for us, at considerable time and expense to himself. Finally, Chris helped us find our dream home. He knew the neighborhood we were interested in, and we were the first in to see the home when it was listed. We were immediately excited, but he wisely counseled us to think and pray on it overnight. The next day he helped us craft an incredible offer, which was accepted. He then went out of his way to connect us with a contractor for some needed work, as well as getting us an estimate from an electrician. He knew we were overwhelmed with a new baby while house hunting and went out of his way to ease our load. My favorite Chris moment is when he was at our condo discussing offers with my husband. I had to run an errand, and while out, my car broke down. Chris offered to babysit our daughter while my husband came to pick me up. As an experienced father of four, we took him up on his offer! Whatever the situation, Chris is willing to go the extra mile to truly serve his clients. You may not need Chris to find you a contractor, get you a bid from an electrician, or offers his babysitting services, but whatever it is you do need, Chris will go out of his way to help you. He is a genuine person with strong character, and I recommend him without reservation. You can trust Chris to do his best for you.

When we started the process of considering whether or not to sell our home and move, we looked all over for an agent who would really take a personal and professional interest in our goals as a family. After speaking with several agents, the last of which was Chris Samuelson, it was clear that he was the one for us. His extensive knowledge in all forms of marketing, pricing, strategy, and current market trends gave us complete confidence in his abilities even though we were still nervous - after all, this was our first home sale and everything may sound good on paper, but until you actually go through the process, you never really know. Without a doubt, Chris delivered and delivered in a big way... Every detail from the pre-listing consultation, professional photography, and generating tons of buyer interest though negotiating multiple offers, navigating a multiple-party escrow (we were the third leg, and timing was everything), handling nit-picky inspectors, even helping us find our replacement home (and calling his own lock smith while the moving trucks sat idle waiting for us to move in)- everything was handled with care and ease. I could not recommend a more involved and capable realtor- we will absolutely use his services the next time we buy and sell..
