When we listed our house to sell, I mentioned to Chris the things I needed to fix.
He said, “I got a guy for that”, another guy for that, and a gal for that.
He brought the guy to the house, and when he asked if I wanted him to provide the materials Chris told him we’d provide the materials.
A week later, Chris calls “Hey do want to go get the wood for the Deck project today?” An hour later, we’re at Home Depot 16 ft boards in the back of Chris’s truck, and an hour after that helping me carry the boards to the backyard of the house.
When the house sold sooner than expected and the Buyers scheduled an inspection three days after we moved out, I didn’t want the Buyers to see a house looking like someone had just moved out. Chris, said, “Don’t worry, I have the people for that”. Next day, the house was cleaned to perfection.
When I asked if we should do a Walk-Through on the house we were buying, he said absolutely we should and there we were the day before closing. The Sellers had moved out and I only wish they had left it in the condition I had left the house I was selling.
Lumber, cinder blocks, other blocks, arts and craft supplies, trash spread haphazardly all around the house and yard. Overflowing trash cans, 3 Inch holes from Television mounts removed. What a disappointment. What a feeling of disrespect—I was ready to call off the closing!
“I have people for this.” Within 3 hours he’d recruited the Seller’s Agent, and her husband had everything cleared out. Within 2 days after closing he’d posted the 50 cinder blocks left in the yard on Facebook Marketplace and arranged for someone to haul them away. Not to forget the 10 foot troughs filled with dirt he had people haul away the dirt and troughs. I’m sure he paid people, but no mention of that to me.
A few weeks after we moved in, he stopped by with the check from the sale of our old house, saw I had a kitchen cabinet I didn’t know what to do with and within 10 mins had it posted on Facebook Marketplace with inquiries coming in!
I don’t think there’s anything Chris wouldn’t or couldn’t do to help his clients. The business end of contracts, negotiations, paperwork, signings, etc. went as smoothly and easily as all the work “his people” did. I enthusiastically recommend Chris. Whoever uses him will be in great, calm hands.

Chris has been amazing to work with through several transactions, including buying our first house in Lawrence. He found us the exact house we desired before it hit the market, and then went above and beyond helping us find contractors to get a fence built for our dogs before move in! 10/10 would recommend Chris!
