Chris J. Tellez brings a wealth of knowledge and hands on experience in the field of Real Estate and Investments. Chris holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Entrepreneurial Management from the Anderson School of Management at the University of New Mexico and is a Kappa Sigma Alumnus. Chris has a background in Real Estate financing which few real estate agents has. He has worked as a Mortgage Loan officer for a Fortune 500 company and was among the top producing loan officers in the western United States. Chris also has had experience working with commercial real estate, leases & rent accounting for Gap Inc.

Chris also has knowledge in creative financing to get the deal done and leveraging your assets to build wealth and asset protection strategies. Chris has lived in Albuquerque/Rio Rancho for the past 22 years and knows the metro area very well. He has been selling Real Estate full-time for 10 years, helping families and individuals help buy their first home or sell their home. Chris is an aggressive agent and will work harder and smarter than any agent in town.

Chris is an avid sports fan that includes college & pro football, basketball, track & field & he is also a Professional Boxing & MMA Judge and has judged World title fights on HBO, Showtime and Top Rank Pay-Per-View.
