Christa Cardwell

Christa is a part of the Gibson /Sotheby's International Realty sales team located at our headquarters in Boston's lovely South End neighborhood. Born and raised in Farmington, Connecticut and a lifelong summer resident of Block Island, Rhode Island, Christa ventured to Boston in 1987 where she studied Communications at Northeastern University. After college she held positions in Real Estate Marketing, Photography and Print Design. A South End resident since 1989, she has developed many connections and a great awareness of the city and this specific neighborhood, creating a unique position to truly thrive as a Real Estate agent. More than the advantage of living and working in the place that she loves, Christa also has an edge due to her supreme market knowledge from her experience in Real Estate Marketing for our team over a decade ago, holding positions as both the property photographer and designer of unique property marketing materials including several of the area's newer developments. Her passion for architecture and interior design, the gifted ability to match-make a specific person to the home of their dreams and her first-rate interpersonal, communication, negotiation and listening skills are just some of the many wonderful traits that she brings to the table for her clients
