Christian was a dream to work with. He has the system down, and he guided me through the timing, preparation, strategies, likely outcomes and details through a successful sale with ease. He had just the right amount of touch - he knew when to take a good amount of time to explain things, allow questions to come to me, and also when to just make a check in a quick one - a text or quick email to move things along.

Beyond all that, Christian knows the market because he has been around it, and on all sides of deals - having the sensitivity to identify what I needed to feel good about the transaction - and to work with potential and then the eventual buyers, was paramount. I believe everyone left this transaction feeling good, and what more can you ask for? Bravo!

We have utilized Christian Draheim as our Real Estate Agent for a couple of recent listing occasions. We could not get our Loft in Detroit Sold.
