This was our first time selling and we surprisingly received an offer within 8 days of listing . Our listing only had google pictures and we hadn’t even received the professional pictures yet from the photographer. We had showings prior to our scheduled open house that we ended up not needing because we received an offer so fast. Christin walked us through the entire process which was fairly easy. We had lots of questions and she was there to answer and put us in the right direction. Unfortunately, we are moving out of state and will not be purchasing a home right away otherwise we would be using Christin again . We would recommend her to anyone in search of buying or selling a home. She is very professional, honest and efficient.

My husband and I just worked with Christin to buy a new home. We are not from the area but Christin being a local really helped us narrow down the ideal area of town for us. Never had a better experience. Christin is very attentive and is very quick to get back to you with anything you may need help with. Highly recommend!!!!

Excellent service!!! Both bought and sold our homes with Christin. Looking for new home she was very focused on what we wanted and found a home within a week or so. She then listed our old home and we accepted an offer in 13 days!!! Very pleasant experience from start to end
