Working with Christina was great. She went through the house, gave us estimates on what other homes of similar size, condition and location were selling for. She gave us her estimate of what she thought we could get. She got buyers to see the house and was able to deliver on what we negotiated. She was very professional and accessible. I have been a client for about 3 yrs now. I would never use another realtor. She is way more than a realtor to her clients, she will actually listen to your wants and needs for housing, and she puts in the work !!! She speaks to you like you're more than just a commission, you're family. you will not find a better realtor, not just for her connections or knowledge of the industry, but because she has genuine compassion and outstanding professionalism. I know I appreciate everything she has ever done for me, especially when I come home, because I would have never been there if not for her.
