About Christina

Christina “Kiki” Herrman and her husband, Cory Herrman, are a real estate team serving buyers, sellers, and investors along Florida’s Emerald Coast, including 30A, Santa Rosa Beach, Miramar Beach, Destin, and Panama City Beach.
Kiki, a graduate of the University of Southern California, began selling real estate along the Emerald Coast beaches in 2015. Cory, a University of Florida graduate with a degree in Real Estate and Urban Analysis and a minor in Finance, began his career in lending before transitioning into real estate in 2012. His entry into the business was deeply personal, as he stepped in to help his mother, a respected real estate professional, while she recovered from Legionnaires’ Disease.
After meeting in 2017, Kiki and Cory joined forces both personally and professionally at Counts Real Estate Group 30A, where they have consistently ranked among the company’s top producers. Together, they bring a strong blend of market knowledge, financial insight, marketing strategy, negotiation experience, and hands-on client care.
