A San Francisco native and top-producing REALTOR® since 2013, Christina Woo offers clients a wealth of industry experience coupled with a thorough knowledge of the Bay Area. She excels at finding unique opportunities, with a quarter of her business managed off-MLS and is adept at navigating the ultra-competitive market. Christina’s unparalleled analytical skills, negotiation expertise, and Wall Street background have resulted in an annual average of $25 million in transactions since 2017 and multiple industry awards. She has also been a real estate investor since 2005 — her portfolio includes twenty-five properties in Utah and various real estate-related investments spanning seven states.
If anyone can predict the future and outthink the competition, it is Christina. Few agents have had lives as decorated and diverse. Growing up in an immigrant household, Christina learned the value of work early, and she started a triple-figure business before achieving double-digits in age. An adolescence filled with skipping school to compete in national debate tournaments followed, then a political science and philosophy degree from U.C. Berkeley, where she graduated with the highest honors.
A chance encounter at a workshop, along with Christina’s unique intellect, earned her a strategy consultant position at Bain & Company. Then, it was off to Harvard Business School for an MBA, paid for through ample savings, summer jobs, and savvy investments. Christina has been a software product manager, where she negotiated the funding that saved the company, and an equity research analyst on Wall Street, where she worked with industries tied to the mortgage and real estate markets. Christina also served as a personal financial planning instructor at U.C. Berkeley Extension, advising Chartered Financial Analyst candidates about investments, taxation, and retirement planning — skills she incorporates into her real estate practice.
In addition to learning to analyze a situation accurately and explain concepts clearly, these experiences turned Christina into an unbeatable force, a quality that shines when she is under pressure. Christina prides herself on providing people with thoughtful, personalized service, with careful attention to each want and need. She is driven by “doing the right thing” and has a reputation for her integrity, her challenging work, and the spirited way she protects her clients’ interests.
When she is not helping clients or building her personal real estate portfolio, Christina adores teaching her daughter advanced math, which she trades for the latest TikTok moves (though she is not about to show you a video of that!). She and her son prefer to work on puzzles together or head to the soccer fields. Christina also believes in mentoring and positively influencing other children in the community, and she serves as PTA president, school council member, and Girl Scout Troop Leader. For all her commitments, Christina still finds time to unwind with craft projects and cooking — the former Food Network chef still makes a mean pancake breakfast.
