Christine helped me purchase my first home 6 years ago and most recently helped our family purchase a single family home and also sell that first home! She is extremely knowledgeable about the real estate industry, providing great recommendations on how to make offers more competitive. Christine is not only the utmost professional, but she is also very empathetic. We lost our dad and were preparing to sell our parent's condo. It was a stressful, emotional experience to lose our parents, however Christine took away the stress and was very attentive to our needs. She went above and beyond to make the sale smooth and even recommended contractors that could assist us with the preparation of completing small projects that were needed to get the condo on the market. My wife and I have been very fortunate to have Christine as our realtor for both buying AND selling our home in Columbia! She is an experienced and knowledgeable agent who works for a great company. When we moved TO Columbia from out of state, she was most helpful with her calm and friendly demeanor. We found the perfect house in the limited time period of one week. That was in 2017. In May 2020, we moved FROM Columbia due to a job change. We had to experience selling/buying homes and moving halfway across the country during a pandemic. Christine was AMAZING at keeping us on track and informed of protocols put in place by the real estate industry. It was definitely challenging but our home sold quickly (without any 'open houses') because of Christine's hard work. Christine "goes the extra mile" for her clients and we are most appreciative!
