I have heard that purchasing a home is a long tough process, and that purchasing a home in one state while still living in a different state thousands of miles away will be to much of a hassle, but I would now tell those people that they must have been working with the wrong agent. Christine made the entire home purchasing process extremely easy for my wife and I. From my initial inquiry of homes in the area that she was representing to the signing of our closing documents Christine was available at any moment, and always had our best interest in mind. Even now, after we have purchased our home but before we have relocated, she continues to help us out. While working with Christine I learned that in order to be a great agent you must not only know your job, you must also be well connected to a large network of other support personnel (i.e. home contractors, landscapers, etc.), and Christine definitely is a great agent. I will be recommending Christine to all my friends, co-workers, and family members looking to purchase a home. Thank you for the work all the hard Christine!

We purchased our third home in November using Christine. She sold our house in nine days and was very thorough and knowledgeable the entire time. She was very easy to access via text message and just a pleasure to work with all the way around. She definitely made the home buying process very easy. This was our first time buying and selling simultaneously. I had a lot of questions and a lot of nerves and she came through for us. Highly recommend.

Christine was awesome! She knew the market and priced our home in my opinion accurately. It sold in 3 days, no contingencies. Other homes in our neighborhood have been listed for months and do not even have a contract on them. She had professional photos done which made my home look better than it actually does! Christine was highly recommended by a friend. Let me say this, I have bought and sold houses in the past and she is our best real estate agent by far. It took us 26 days to get a contract on our house. She is a true professional. She always responded to our question be it via text, call or email any time and day of the week. She is upfront and honest in her assessment of your property before the listing goes public. Will guide you and help you to get the best deal. Christine was our real estate agent in the selling and purchasing of our homes. Both transactions had some glitches on the buy/sell due to the other parties difficult clients, but Christine handled both transactions with true professionalism while always protecting our interests the whole time. She constantly fought for us and never gave up!! Even after our closings she still was in contact with us to make sure things were okay and even did some additional emails and letters for us. Most agents do not do that!!!!! We always knew that Christine was looking out for our best interest whether it was buying/selling our home.
