About Christine
Christine O’Shea, prior to becoming a Realtor in 1994, was a Real Estate Paralegal for several New Jersey Law firms.
In 1994 Christine became a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in New Jersey and in her first year received the President’s Club award from a National Real Estate Brokerage (Re/Max) for sales excellence.
In 2000 Christine joined an Independent Brokerage firm in Princeton New Jersey where she again received awards from both the Company and National Association of Realtors. Because of her strong commitment in the Real Estate Field, Christine served on the Ethics Committee overviewing the proper conduct of Realtors for the Mercer County Association of Realtors.
Moving to Florida in 2009 as a full time resident, Christine O’Shea passed her Florida Real Estate Brokerage Classes, took her Brokers Exam and received her Florida Real Estate Brokers License.
That license is now placed with Premiere Plus Realty Co. as a “Broker-Associate” an independent Brokerage firm with over 1,000 licensed agents. One of SW Florida’s largest independent Brokers.
Christine has also received numerous National Association of Realtors credentials including ePro and ABR (accredited Buyers representative) certifications. She has also served on the Naples Area Board of Realtors Ethics Committee for several years.
Licensed in three states, Christine holds a New Jersey Real Estate Salespersons License, Maryland Real Estate Salespersons License and Florida Real Estate Brokers License.
Christine is a member of the San Marco Catholic Church on Marco Island and is “webmaster” for their Knights of Columbus web site, marcoknights.com.
Residing in Naples Florida as a full time resident with her mate of 22 years and her buddy, “Rocky” an Old English Sheepdog. Rocky is a rescue dog adopted from the Old English Rescue of South Florida. Christine loves animals and served as a volunteer in the Naples Humane Society as a “Feline Ambassador”, having rescued one cat from the Humane Society, “Booter Scooter”.
Prior to moving to Naples, Christine lived on a Horse Farm. Christine holds a Graduate Certificate from Rutgers University in Equine Management. Her personal horse was named Tru Genesis, a Canadian Warm Blood which was being trained in Dressage prior to moving to Florida. Her other horses were “The Bread Man” a retired thoroughbred and two retired trotters, Mindy and Mooch - Standardbreds.
Besides the love of animals, Christine puts her 22 years of experience helping people achieve their Real Estate Goals, Buying or Selling, from Condos, Villas and Estate Home Properties, to Farms including Equine Estates.
