Christine Walker

Christine has been a native of Florida since 2004. Originally from Iowa, a college graduate from University of Delaware and also a prior native of Arizona for 17 years, she has lived in many areas bringing a sense of what Florida is all about, a big melting pot of people wanting to live in the Sunshine State. She is happily married and a proud mother of 3 grown children, Jake, Ryan and Kate she raised in our community. In Addition a new Grandmother of two, a Grandson Sebastian Lee and Granddaughter Dakota Grace, loving every minute she gets to spend with them! She started her career in Real Estate in Iowa and quickly became a top producer. A few years later she made the decision to help her clients with financing and had years of success helping others make the best options for the biggest purchases of their lives. When the market crashed in 2008, she decided to take a break and focus on her kids for the next 12 years in our community.
Once her kids were raised and adulting, Christine decided it is time to get busy and use her passion to help others and restarted her career in 2021. She is currently a top selling agent in our market selling over 100 homes since 2021. She brings a level of customer attention to every client. Her friendly and professional expertise allows her success when it comes to identifying the needs of her clients. It is important to know how to move quickly in a market that is one of the most highly desirable places to live in from all over the country.
She dedicates her full attention to every client. Many clients are from other states and she has mastered the ability to identify the need, find the property and help the client with everything they may need every step of the way. Helping clients after identifying their dream home/second home and investment homes is equally an important part of the home purchase. Having a full time assistant allows Christine to help her clients at the highest level from contract to close.
