About Christopher

As a neighborhood agent, Chris Correnti is excited and ready to serve the people of Portland and beyond as he has for years, but in a deeper and more invested capacity. Over the last 22 years of catering to the specific needs of hundreds of thousands of clients in local restaurants (the last 7 at ¿Por que No? taqueria on Hawthorne), he has turned the grace and hospitality of one form of service and community investment into another here as a broker with Portland Digs.

Kitchens chipped away Chris' harder edges and taught him many humbling values. Honesty. Accountability. Community. He’s developed those values while under the immediate demands and timetables of an ever-shifting flow of client needs and specifications. He thinks on his feet and is always striving to be more graceful on them as well. He dances like no one is watching.

In life Chris identifies as an octopus as he somehow manages to sprout six more arms than a human has the capacity for in order to juggle what is needed in the work that he does. Which helps along the path to buying or selling a home. Even more so when you are trying to do both at the same time.

Thankfully, life is not all work. Life is about sharing good community. Chris' wife and he live in Foster-Powell. The best neighborhood in the world! They bought a house from a master gardener who curated her space so well that they had to learn how to keep up with it year round. It is a magnificent place and reminds him of what you can do with time and dedication to your surroundings. Which is what he gives to his clients; time and dedication.

Chris Correnti is very easy to work with. Always available to answer our many questions and guide us through a somewhat complicated house purchase. He kept us updated frequently during the entire process. He is professional and an excellent communicator. We felt confident that he had all the various moving parts of our sale under control and always had our best interest at heart.

Chris was an excellent agent for me! He was communicative, patient and responsive. He tracked the many details well, was happy to help me understand the entirely new home buying process, and was able to adapt to my changing needs and approach as well as input from my partner. He had plenty of knowledgeable Portland insights. He stood by me and was supportive during some drawn out seller related complications on my final purchase. We turned down some interesting possibilities that weren't right for us, and ultimately found a great home.

Chris always had my needs first in mind, and worked well as an advocate for me with the dizzying array of other people involved in the process. I look forward to calling on his expertise again some day, but for now, maybe just a BBQ and beers with a friend.
