Working with Chris was a great experience! At first we weren't even sure we were ready to sell but Chris came by and gave us a few things to fix up before we listed.
The house sold the first weekend it was on the
MLS. He is very skilled at knowing how to stage a house to make it show its best and we trusted his opinion on the small tweaks he wanted to see to make the house shine he even brought some of his own things in for staging and they looked amazing in the space.
He also helped negotiate a price we were very happy with. We would definitely give Chris a call next time we are ready to buy or sell.
