Christopher Venegas

Born and raised in the ABQ Metro, Chris started his Real Estate career right out of high school. Not having any family in Real Estate, he quickly beat the odds and rose to becoming a Top Producer. He now runs one of top 10 teams in the Metro. Chris also has accumulated a large rental portfolio over the years in the residential and commercial sector. He specializes in helping families with investment, land, and commercial. With a unique perspective in Real Estate, being at a young age, he provides great insight to the Greater Albuquerque Association Of Realtors (GAAR). He currently sits on the Board of Directors as the Vice President representing over 4,500 members. He has an extremely driven mindset, always willing to go the extra mile, brings value from "out-of-the-box thinking", pronoun negotiating skills, and a reputation for often being the 'X' Factor in getting the deal done.
