About Christopher
Originally from Port Washington, New York, Christopher Wands grew up learning the real estate business first hand. His mother, a top Long Island agent, put him to work as her assistant at a young age and his path to professional real estate success was set. A fourth-generation real estate professional, both his great-grandparents and grandparents were developers and contractors, Christopher quickly learned that to be successful in business, the focus must always remain on serving the true needs of the customer with honesty and sincerity.
Always putting the needs of his clients first, Christopher prides himself on treating each person that he works with as if they were his family, listening to their needs, and providing the highest level of service possible. Prior to earning his real estate license, Christopher was a top sales performer at one of the largest watersports gear manufacturers in the world. Breaking sales records along the way, he spent a year and a half outfitting high-end resorts with watersports gear in such luxury brands as Resorts World Bimini, Sir Richard Branson's private island Necker Island, Moskito Island, the Grand Lucayan, KS Water Sports in Bermuda and others.
In addition to his real estate business, Christopher is active in investing and start-ups and has founded and invested in his own company. Giving back to his community through charitable organizations such as the Make-A-Wish Foundation gives him a sense of pride in his community and when he is not working, you can find him on the water, enjoying all the activities that the South Florida lifestyle provides. He is a graduate of the University of Miami and was a member of his college sailing team at Salve Regina University. He makes his home in Downtown Miami.
