We had the pleasure of working with Christy Nameche to both sell a home & purchase a home. We sold our old home of 17 years without even having to go to market!
She kept a determined, optimistic, and patient attitude towards our situation even after viewing over 100 homes with us. Finally, we were able to obtain our new dream property a few months later!
During the purchase process we had to change from a Conventional loan to a Rehab loan causing us to switch lenders as well. It was new territory and quite a learning process for us. Christy was by our side throughout the whole process attentively answering all our concerns.
She is professional, friendly, dedicated, kind, and hard-working with a great sense of humor. A person who is constantly adding to her network of associates creating a smoother home selling & purchasing experience.
We are very grateful to have had Christy and the Iconic Team & Associates along with us for such a life changing event. We highly recommend Christy to family, friends, and business partners.

Christy did an incredible job every step of the way for us! She helped us find our perfect home. This was our first home purchase and she answered all of our questions. She had great recommendations for a lawyer and inspectors that made the process that much easier. She was super knowledgeable and willing to help us with anything we needed. We could not have navigated this market with out her.
