I been in the real estate business for over 40 years, either as a Loan Officer, Underwriter or in direct sales of residential homes and agricultural land. I am a hands-on agent who handles your case from the pre-qualification process, all the way through the showing of homes, finalizing a contract, choosing a closing agent, attending inspections and finally attending the closing appointment. I will personally be with you at every step. You will not be turned over to a paperwork processor or anyone else. Chuck is amazing! The Phoenix market is super competitive for buyers right now, and he worked hard to find houses in our price range and go see them with us right away since houses are selling so fast.

He's also just a really nice guy, very personable, fun to chat with. He guided us through every step of the process, keeping us updated regularly until closing. Very easy to get a hold of through email and phone and super responsive.

He's been selling real estate for years and knows the Phoenix area really well. We just bought our house and have already recommended him to several people we know who are looking to buy or sell a house.
