Cindy Poulsen

Cindy was born and raised in Glendale, Arizona and relocated to Idaho in June of 2007. They visited Boise for a wedding and fell in love with it; the weather, the kind and friendly people, the lack of crime and the amazing out-door lifestyle that Idaho offers. They moved with their kids still in elementary, middle and high school and they had such an amazing opportunity to participate in school functions and sports because of the smaller school size that they were accustomed to.

Whenever she is traveling and people ask where she is from, she tells them Boise/Eagle Idaho and she tells them it is like Mayberry from the Andy Griffith Show. They laugh, but it is remarkably similar; a slower paced lifestyle by choice, with plenty of culture and amenities anytime residents want to plug into what the city has to offer.

Cindy loves living in Idaho and thoroughly enjoy sharing it with people who are considering relocating themselves. It is a great place to raise a family or downsize and retire. She owns her own brokerage, and it is a small, family run business that allows them to take care of their clients like family. Their service and ability is second to none.
