When buying my house 10 yrs ago she saved me over $55000. After your a client she takes care of you and invites you to events (base ball and football games, lunches, meet and greets and more) regularly. In the fall youll get the best pumpkin pies! 10 out of 10 service with her and her team. Only issue youll have is if you dont choose her and her team. Good luck on your purchases and sales!

Words cannot describe how helpful Christy was throughout the entire buying process. This is my second time buying a house, the first for my fiancé, and the process seemed easier than the last time. Christy answered all our questions almost immediately and gave us advice about aspects of the buy we were uncertain about. My husband and I were not looking to sell our home and had actually planned to live in our current home forever because we had given up on the idea that our dream home was out there…until over night our perfect home appeared on Zillow!!!!

With no preparation in advance, I clicked on the first realtor Zillow suggest which was Todd Asalon from the Cindy Shutterly Team! I made the phone call, explained our situation, Todd chuckled and said “Okay! Let’s get you your dream home!” And that’s exactly what he has done for our family!

Within a matter of 4 DAYS multiple members from the Cindy Shutterly team rearranged their schedule to meet with us and get our house on the market within 48 hours- and SOLD our home!! We are beyond thankful for the hard work and dedication Todd Asalon, Venus Bertucci, Amanda Brady, and other team members!

He was always there when I needed him. I was shopping in a very competitive market with low inventory in my price range. Every house I looked at was a multiple offer situation. I closed on my home in February 2022. Without Shawn’s expertise and negotiation skills, I’m don’t think my offer wouldn’t have been accepted by the seller. He’s the ace you NEED!!! I rarely do reviews But often read them when deciding on how to proceed. So trust me when I say Shawn is EXCEPTIONAL! It isn’t just he’s a subject matter expert. He was prepared to anticipate the Next step & act on it Before I could start stressing about it! I wasn’t ready yet when I met him & a Lot of agents would have given up on me. He helped me with my game plan & would check in on Me to see how I was doing. Never Any pressure! Straight forward, honest & showed genuine interest not one looking for the payoff ASAP.

We just closed on the second property we’ve purchased with the help of Christy Cade. It was a crazy roller coast ride because of an incommunicative, irresponsible and uncooperative seller, but Christy was patient and persistent. The mortgage company she recommended was great to deal with and helped keep the process moving along. We contacted their team and they had our home on the market and sold within 3 days of listing. We had a total of 8 showings (maybe more) and we received constant feedback along the way. It was great to work with Cindy and her team. This is the first time I've sold a property, and she helped me navigate all the confusing aspects of the process. She also provided me with a wealth of valuable information when it came to deciding how much to sell for, when to sell, and how to navigate moving into a new home once I sold my old.
