Selling my parents, in law house in Kentucky was a challenge as we live abroad and had limited time we could spend in Kentucky to empty the property. Cindy helped immensely as she is resourceful, hardworking, committed and effective. She is also a wonderful person who understood and respected our emotions and difficulties in dealing with personal issues and our lack of familiariry with the area.
When we left she took on the burden of painting and fixing and communicated with us on a daily basis.
The house was sold as she promised and within the price range she had estimated. But what is amazing is the level of support and assistance we have had.

Selling your home is not just a transaction. It's the closing of a chapter, and for our family, it came with a whole mix of emotions we honestly weren't fully prepared for. But from the very first day we sat down with Cindy, something shifted. She looked us in the eye and told us exactly what she and her team would do for us ā€” what to expect, how the process would unfold, and how she would be there every step of the way. We've heard those kinds of words before from people, and they tend to fade. Cindy's didn't.

She honored every single thing she said on day one. Every word. Not some of it ā€” all of it.

From helping us price our home right and setting expectations that were real and honest, to guiding us through the showing process, the negotiations, and eventually the moving-out phase ā€” Cindy was there. Not just as a realtor checking boxes, but as someone who genuinely cared about how we were doing through all of it. There were moments where we had questions at odd hours, moments where we felt overwhelmed, and every single time, Cindy (or Amanda or Taylor) showed up ā€” calm, prepared, and kind.

We just closed on the second property weā€™ve purchased with the help of Christy Stewart. It was a crazy roller coast ride because of an incommunicative, irresponsible and uncooperative seller, but Christy was patient and persistent. The mortgage company she recommended was great to deal with and helped keep the process moving along. Christy even found a contractor who could perform a last-minute structural repair to the house without which we would not have been able to qualify for our mortgage. We would recommend her, and the rest of the Cindy Shetterly team, a million times over.
