Cindy Stockton is the Managing Broker and Co-Owner of Turn Key Realty, a real estate brokerage licensed in Missouri and Kansas and serving the greater Kansas City area.
Cindy’s primary focus is Commercial, Development and Multi-family/Investment Properties. Her industry knowledge and extensive networking capabilities provides her clients with exceptional and tailored service in the Kansas City market, setting her boutique brokerage apart from the national commercial brokerages.
Cindy began her career as a financial analyst at Atrium Companies Inc. www.atrium.com , one of the largest building product manufacturers in the United States. During her tenure, her team took the company from $200 million in annual revenues to over $800 million and 7,000 employees through strategic acquisition. It is through her 10 years of service with Atrium, she developed her strong business acumen, expertise to structure, finance, and manage successful transactions and a passion for commercial real estate.
Following her stint at Atrium, Cindy most recently served as the Vice President of Operations for Paradigm Direct, LLC www.partnerwithparadigm.com. Paradigm Direct is a marketing company who collaborates with industry experts to provide marketing and training materials for small business owners on a broad range of topics. In 2013, Cindy was charged with building a real estate investment portfolio for the owners of Paradigm. It is at that time she organized and established Turn Key Realty, LLC. Under her strategic direction, her team built a residential and commercial real estate investment portfolio, an in-house property management company, bought, stabilized and sold several commercial investment properties and developed multi-family properties - from land acquisition to stabilization to disposition for the Paradigm ownership group.
In 2019, Cindy acquired Turn Key Realty, LLC from Paradigm and began growing a full service real estate brokerage serving the greater Kansas City area.
Cindy is actively involved her community. She is a member of the Homebuilder's Association of Greater Kansas City through her company 163 Development, LLC. She serves as a Finance Committee Member for the Kearney Chamber of Commerce and is a member of the National Association of REALTORS (NAR) and Kansas City Regional Association of REALTORS (KCRAR).
