Cindy became a Georgia Licensed Realtor in April 2014 and South Carolina Licensed Realtor in January 2018. She is a real estate resource for buyers and sellers, clients relocating to and from the area and works with relocation companies to assist clients with their real estate needs. Many of her clients are first time homebuyers and military personnel.
Prior to becoming a Realtor, Cindy retired from the Department of Defense with 35 plus years working in real estate. Throughout her career, she gained extensive knowledge in real estate planning, acquisition, leasing, property management, relocations and budget preparation. She received many prestigious awards and recognitions throughout her federal career.
Cindy is designated as an Accredited Buyer’s Representative, Certified Residential Specialist, and Seller Representative Specialist; certified as Military Relocation Professional, Resort and Second Home Property Specialist, and Real Estate Negotiation Expert. She is a member of the Council of Residential Specialists, Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council, Military Relocation Professionals, National Association of Realtors, Georgia Association of Realtors, Savannah Area Realtors, Sales and Marketing Council of Homebuilders Association of Greater Savannah and Women’s Council of Realtors.
