A quick note and word of thanks to Claire and her team! She listed our house and we had two offers by day three. She and her team worked through a rather complicated settlement, overcoming some hurdles presented by the buyer’s representatives.
She and her team were prompt throughout the process, always professional, and delivered as promised! This was the second time we utilized Claire and her team, and their performance both times was exceptional!

Claire was my seller's agent in a tricky and time sensitive situation. She and her team are great -- diligent, responsive, knowledgeable, personable, committed, and caring. Claire knows the area well, does her research to make suggestions, listens to other ideas, and collaborates to get to the best result. She is a hard worker and doesn't shy away from doing the big and little things that a sale requires (with a remote seller and during a pandemic!) to get the job done. Based on my experience with her, I also think she'd be a terrific buyer's agent because she cares so much about helping the client get to the right place. Claire and her team made navigating the whole "home selling process" a breeze! From the first contact through the final signature, Claire and her team were right there walking with us step by step. She is an expert in realty, as proven when I watched other realtors ask her advice and guidance dealing with the maze of paperwork. She is adept at sizing up a selling situation and explaining it in layman's terms so I could understand. Her strongest suit, I believe, is the way she never once "pushed" us toward a particular direction, but unfailingly provided all the facts and comparisons we needed to make a good decision. Then Claire takes care of business and makes things happen!!
