My experience with Claudia was fantastic. My niece referred her to me for the purchase we were looking to make. I had listed my previous residence (out of state from where I was moving from). From my very first conversation, Claudia was detailed in her questions to fully understand what I was looking to purchase. In addition, Claudia was also an advocate throughout the entire process; a quality I call out because I have bought and sold property many times and Claudia’s work ethic was one of the best I’ve ever experienced. With Claudia’s network and referrals, we were able to get a pre approved letter from a lender prior to seeing any property. With a pre approval letter, we we’re able to provide a stronger offer on the property we wanted to buy. I believe it was the reason our offer was accepted over others. Once the offer was accepted, Claudia was fully engaged in all facets of our buying process. She not only assisted in the purchase of the property, but she had solid referrals for lenders, home inspectors, and contractors to provide bids for renovations we wanted to complete prior to move in. As a result of our amazing experience, I would highly recommend Claudia. As a result of the wonderful experience with my recent purchase, I have retained Claudia to list and sell a rental property I own. If you want a quality agent who is detailed and engaged , call Claudia. She is the professional you need to make your “buying a home” LESS stressful.
