Coleen Dearing

Coleen Dearing came to Santa Fe more than twenty years ago, and though her time with the theatre was not as long as she would have hoped, she was introduced to a way of life beyond her imagination. She fell in love with New Mexico's capital city. From the culturally diverse people who make up this wonderful community to the natural beauty throughout the area in all four seasons, Coleen knew she had found her home. This is where she and her husband, Skip, have raised their children and continue to make the most of life together.

After her theatre days, Coleen turned to another lifelong passion for her career: real estate. They might say it was in her blood. Her parents were successful brokers in Colorado, and Coleen was exposed to the industry at a young age. She can recall many conversations about real estate around the dinner table. She could not help but absorb some knowledge of the business, she says. Most importantly, she saw her parents' shared passion for their clients, and she would like to think that commitment to customer service rubbed off on her.

Coleen has built a strong reputation in the Santa Fe market. Fittingly, she is most known for her extensive knowledge of real estate. Coleen serves within the Association of REALTORS® on local and state levels. She is part of many committees and local charities which helps her stay in tune with everything happening in the industry. Coleen uses this knowledge to educate her clients throughout the buying and selling process. She opens doors for people, both literally and figuratively, by providing timely information and sound guidance so they can make informed decisions.
