Colleen and her husband, Mark, made the move from New York, and together they have successfully raised two sons. Both boys share their parent's love for their hometown alma mater, North Carolina State University, and have pursued graduate degrees in Finance at Vanderbilt University.

Prior to her career in real estate, Colleen excelled in both industrial and pharmaceutical sales, accumulating over 20 years of experience in both sales and corporate sales training. She has honed her negotiation skills to fine art and is a lifelong learner, consistently seeking to expand her knowledge in the realm of sales.

Beyond her dedication to the real estate profession, Colleen is actively engaged in sports and community outreach, which hold a significant place in Blondell Properties, the company she represents. While golf remains her ultimate passion, she also enjoys pickleball and tennis, always embracing the opportunity to stay active and involved outside of work.
