Colleen Michalowski

Colleen prides herself on providing unparalleled support and service and looks forward to building long-term relationships while assisting customers and clients with their real estate needs.
As a REALTOR®, she combines her love for the industry with her passion for serving others. Before entering the residential real estate business in 2006, Colleen worked in property management, overseeing more than 1,000 apartments and commercial spaces in the Western and Southwestern suburbs of Chicago, as well as condominium management in the Loop.
She is an active agent representing buyers and sellers on a day-to-day basis and considers education—both for clients and other real estate agents—an important part of her role as a REALTOR®. Currently, Colleen serves on two committees at the Three Rivers Association of Realtors. She has volunteered for many organizations and, for the past three years, has dedicated her time to Grundy Area PADS, helping the homeless.
Colleen grew up in Westmont and later moved to Orland Park, where she attended Carl Sandburg High School and met her husband, Ron, with whom she has shared 28 years of marriage. In 2004, they moved to Diamond, where they currently reside with their son Connor, a sophomore at Coal City High School. Their daughter Nicole graduated from Coal City High School in 2011, earned her degree from Valparaiso University in 2015, and continues to live in Valparaiso, Indiana.
Colleen serves all of Chicagoland, specializing in Grundy, Will, DuPage, Cook, and Kendall counties, and welcomes the opportunity to assist with any real estate needs.
